Teresa Herrera, TV host, actress, model, style icon and creative visionary has an impressive background with more than 15 years experience in the fashion, beauty, travel, art and entertainment industries.

Teresa was introduced to the world of fashion at the age of 17 and she quickly found herself traveling throughout Asia working as a professional model. She has lived and worked in LA, NY, UK, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. As one of the most sought after faces in Asia, she has graced the covers and pages of many fashion magazines including, Harpers Bazaar HK, Marie Claire HK, Elle Magazine HK, Preview Magazine, Mega Magazine, FHM, Uno Men’s Magazine, Manual Men’s Magazine, ROGUE Men’s Magazine, People Asia. In addition, she has appeared in notable advertising campaigns for global brands including Coke Light, Neutrogena, Ponds, Shell, Carefree, Avon, and Nokia.

As an actress, Teresa has starred in several hit Asian films, most notably playing the lead in cult hit, Black Mask 2.  On stage she appeared notably as the title character Rio in Dogeaters ( written by Jessica Haggedorn) and in Love, Loss, and What I Wore (Nora Ephron) Asian premiere among other plays.

Drawing on her unique background and relationships with top make-up artists, stylists, editors and designers, Teresa became Co-Creative director of ISLA, a resort wear collection which she founded with her partner, Rajo Laurel in 2006.  They took their inspiration from extensive travels and the “global-chic” lifestyle.

In 2008, Teresa was tapped to host the franchise of hit reality TV show Project Runway Philippines, the search for the next “BIG” Philippine fashion designer. To wide acclaim, she filmed 2 successful seasons where she put the show on the map and established a strong audience following in the Philippines.  She then moved on to be the Host and Executive Producer of Runway TV Asia, a fashion lifestyle show featuring the top fashion designers from the runway capitals of the world: New York, London, Milan, Paris, and Berlin.

Alongside her career, Teresa has also nurtured her passion and appreciation for Art.  Constantly in search for creative inspiration and outlets, she regularly visits major Art fairs and consults with passionate artists, collectors and hospitality projects on an ongoing basis.

A fashion darling and free – spirit, Teresa Herrera, creative visionary has made her mark on the global stage with her elegance, style, passion, and wit. She continually expands her creative world by endlessly exploring new opportunities around her. Her passions lie in the arts and takes inspirations from film, theatre, fashion, art, dance, yoga, globe-trotting and scuba diving.

She lives between Los Angeles, CA and Manila, Philippines.
